Olbia is such a wonderful city and very easy to fall in love with and with the many gorgeous beaches is the nearby area you can just drive and stop wherever your heart tells you and have a magic photo session. One of our favorites, Costa Smeralda, has clear and turquoise water. Which makes it a perfect location for wedding photography or honeymoon photos. The photos in this post are from the area around Olbia and Costa Smeralda in Sardina, Italy. Another great place to visit in Sardinia, is Cagliari. We simply fell in love with this amazing little city. It has so much history and lovely architecture. Not to mention the food and the wine, SO good!

Sardinia is the perfect location for a honeymoon. This whole island is so unspoiled and captivating. You can definitely expect breathtaking scenery, turquoise seas, and lovely beaches. Cute small towns and fishing villages with amazing food or you can relax at one of the many SPA resorts. If you a more of an adventurus couple this is also the perfect destination for hiking, climbing or biking. Roads are narrow and winding but oh so pretty! Rent a SMALL car, otherwise you might have trouble parking.
