When Amelie and Pontus began their journey to find their ideal wedding photographer, they had one primary goal: to ensure their big day at Jordberga Gods in Skåne would be flawlessly captured, preserving the emotions and memories for a lifetime. They desired a professional who would understand their vision and artistic sensibilities.

But their search was a challenging feat. With numerous talented photographers to choose from, they sought guidance from their wedding coordinator, who recommended several professionals.

However, my distinct style and ability to capture raw emotions drew them in. “From the first glance at Isabelle’s portfolio, I knew I had found the one,” Amelie says. 

Throughout the photography process, I strived to create an environment where the couple could truly be themselves. The solo photo sessions held before the wedding day and during their intimate first look at Jordberga, were beautiful.

Despite the mix of excitement, anticipation, and nervousness, I created a sense of calmness, allowing them to express their love naturally. The resulting images captured their emotions in all their raw beauty.

As Amelie and Pontus reflect on their wedding day at Jordberga Gods, the ceremony stands out. Held at a picturesque spot in the garden of Jordberga Gods, surrounded by lush greenery, a magical tree overhead, and pouring rain, they experienced an unexpected turn of events.

Just as they stood before the officiant, the skies cleared, and the sun peeked through the trees. “It was an enchanting scene from a fairytale and beautifully captured by Isabelle’s camera”, Amelie says.

As they look back on their wedding weekend at Jordberga Gods, the couple are grateful that their positive experiences far outweighed any minor mishaps. Their focus remained firmly on the presence of their loved ones, whose happiness and excitement elevated the atmosphere throughout the entire celebration. Any insignificant imperfections were overshadowed by the overwhelming joy and love shared.

It was an honor to translate that love, joy, and enchantment into a visual narrative they will treasure eternally.
