2 Brides Photography is the provider of this website and is responsible for processing the personal information you share with us, including all handling and security measures surrounding it.
We collect information from you as a customer, which may include your name, address, email, phone number, and pictures. We register personal information when you:
- Receive login details to your online gallery as a customer.
- Order any of our services or products.
- Contact us via email, phone, our website, or social media.
- Visit the site and accept cookies, including but not limited to traffic data, location data, weblogs, and other communication data such as IP address, operating system, browser type, geographic location, and device type used during the visit.
What is Personal Data, and What is the Processing of Personal Data?
Personal data includes all types of information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a physical person. For example, images and sound recordings processed by a computer can be considered personal data even if no names are mentioned. Encrypted data and various types of electronic identifiers (such as IP numbers) are also classified as personal data if they can be linked to an individual.
The processing of personal data includes any action taken with personal data, whether automated or not, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, processing, transfer, and deletion.
What Personal Data Do We Handle?
We collect personal information from you when you use our site. This information is used to deliver, improve, and develop our services and, in some cases, for marketing purposes. Personal data is also used for billing and bookkeeping and is stored in accordance with accounting laws.

- When you become a customer, we collect your first name, last name, username, and email address.
- When you place an order, we also collect your address and phone number to handle and deliver your photos and other purchased services or products.

Delivery to Subcontractors:
We only share personal information with third parties when necessary for a specified purpose. These third parties act as data processors on our behalf. They are only permitted to use your data for our specified purposes and are required to comply with data protection regulations. Such subcontractors may include billing and delivery service providers, IT operations and support providers, and accounting firms.
Disclosure to Other Parties:
In certain cases, we may disclose your personal information to external parties who are not our data processors but who have their own responsibility for handling the data. This may include:
- Authorities (e.g., police, tax office, or other legal entities) when required by law.
We do not provide personal information to advertisers, nor do we sell your personal information to external parties.

Refund Information
Due to the nature of our services, which are custom to our clients’ events, all services are final. We do not offer refunds on custom photography services, custom digital products, or custom print orders. If you have concerns about your custom order, please contact us at photographers[@]2brides.se, and we will do our best to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cancellation by the client, retainer payments made are non-refundable for any reason.
- If we are unable to fulfill a booking due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer or provide a full refund.
Retainer and Payment Policy
- A retainer fee is required to secure your date and work done prior to your event and is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
Image Delivery and Copyright
- Final images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe as stated in your contract.
- All images remain the copyright of 2 Brides Photography and may not be altered, sold, or reproduced without permission.
Right of Withdrawal Under Swedish Law
Under Swedish law, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day after signing an agreement for services booked remotely. After this period, the agreement becomes binding.
Since wedding photography is a service performed at a specific time and requires planning, scheduling, and preparation, the following conditions apply:
- Clients have the right to withdraw within 14 days of signing the contract.
- After 14 days, the right of withdrawal is forfeited, and the booking becomes binding.
- If the service begins within the withdrawal period (i.e., once the booking fee has been paid or planning has started), the right of withdrawal is considered forfeited.
- Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email to fotografer@2brides.se within the withdrawal period.
Service Terms
Delivery of Images
- The delivery time is approximately 8-12 weeks (longer during peak season).
- Images are provided as high-resolution JPG files in a mix of color and black-and-white via an online gallery.
- Clients can download images in both web resolution (for social media) and high resolution (for print).
Creative and Artistic Freedom
- The client acknowledges that 2 Brides Photography has full creative and artistic freedom in capturing, editing, and proofing the photographs.
- The client has reviewed previous work and understands that the final images may vary based on weather, lighting, and location.
Usage Rights
- Clients receive personal usage rights, allowing them to share images on social media, personal websites, print them, and create products.
- Images may not be altered in any way, as they are protected under Swedish Copyright Law (1960:729).

Vilka personuppgifter hanterar vi?
Vi samlar in personuppgifter från dig när du använder vår webbplats eller våra tjänster. Dessa uppgifter används för att leverera, förbättra och utveckla våra tjänster samt, i vissa fall, för marknadsföringsändamål. Till vem lämnar vi ut personuppgifter?
Överföring till underleverantörer:
Vi delar endast personuppgifter med tredje parter när det är nödvändigt för ett specificerat ändamål. Dessa tredje parter agerar som personuppgiftsbiträden och får endast använda dina uppgifter för våra ändamål, i enlighet med gällande dataskyddsregler. Exempel på sådana underleverantörer är fakturerings- och leveranstjänster, IT-drift och support, samt bokföringsbyråer.
Utlämnande till andra parter:
I vissa fall kan vi lämna ut personuppgifter till externa parter som inte är våra personuppgiftsbiträden men som har eget ansvar för hanteringen av uppgifterna. Detta kan inkludera:
- Myndigheter (t.ex. polis, Skatteverket eller andra juridiska instanser) när det krävs enligt lag.
Vi lämnar inte ut personuppgifter till annonsörer och säljer inte dina personuppgifter till externa aktörer.

Om du inte är nöjd med hur vi hanterar dina personuppgifter eller anser att de har hanterats felaktigt, kan du lämna in ett klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Ångerrätt enligt svensk lag (Distansavtalslagen, 2005:59)
Enligt Distansavtalslagen har konsumenter som ingått avtal på distans rätt att ångra köpet inom 14 dagar från dagen efter avtalets ingående. Efter denna period är avtalet bindande.
Eftersom bröllopsfotografering är en tjänst som utförs vid en specifik tidpunkt och kräver planering, schemaläggning och förberedelser gäller följande:
- Kunden har rätt att ångra bokningen inom 14 dagar efter avtalets ingående.
- Efter 14 dagar upphör ångerrätten och bokningen blir bindande.
- Om tjänsten påbörjas inom ångerfristen (t.ex. genom betalning av bokningsavgift eller påbörjad planering) förloras ångerrätten.
- Ångerrätt måste begäras skriftligen via e-post till fotografer[@]2brides.se.
Avboknings- och återbetalningspolicy
- Bokningsavgifter (retainer payments) är icke återbetalningsbara oavsett anledning.
- Om vi på grund av nödsituation eller oförutsedd omständighet inte kan genomföra uppdraget, kommer vi att försöka hitta en ersättare eller erbjuda full återbetalning.
Tjänstevillkor, Leverans av bilder & upphovsrätt (Lag 1960:729)
Leverans av bilder
- Leveranstiden är cirka 8–12 veckor (kan vara längre under högsäsong).
- Bilder levereras som högupplösta JPG-filer i en mix av färg och svartvitt via ett onlinegalleri.
- Kunden kan ladda ner bilder i både webbupplösning (för sociala medier) och högupplösning (för tryck).
Kreativ och konstnärlig frihet
- Kunden godkänner att 2 Brides Photography har full kreativ och konstnärlig frihet vid fotografering, redigering och urval av bilder.
- Kunden har tagit del av tidigare arbete och är medveten om att de slutliga bilderna kan variera beroende på väder, ljusförhållanden och plats.
Användningsrättigheter
- Kunden får personliga användningsrättigheter, vilket innebär rätt att dela bilder på sociala medier, personliga webbplatser, samt att skriva ut och skapa produkter för privat bruk.
- Bilder får inte ändras på något sätt, då de är skyddade enligt svensk upphovsrättslag (1960:729).
Genom att boka våra tjänster godkänner du dessa policyer, villkor och bestämmelser.
