Beach wedding at Puente Romano | Marbella

On the pristine shores of Marbella, Spain, with the ocean in front of them and their loved ones surrounding them, I and E said: “I do.” Their venue, Puente Romano Resort, captured the hearts of their guests and etched sweet memories. Between the stunning views, the ocean waves, and the incredible atmosphere, it was an event no one in attendance will forget. I and E’s Puente Romano wedding in Marbella was a highlight of my year!

Puente Romano Destination Wedding

I and E are Swedish and actually planned a wedding here in Stockholm, Sweden, at first. After giving it a lot of thought, though, they knew the “traditional” path wasn’t the one for them. Instead, they wanted to create a one-of-a-kind experience for their guests. They wanted to go somewhere extraordinary. And make their wedding everything they had dreamed of and more. That’s when they made the call to completely flip their wedding plans and go to Marbella! Every guest and family member can attest to the fact that they made the right decision.

Wedding weekend at Puente Romano in Marbella

They set to creating a dream wedding weekend abroad. Hosting two incredible days full of life, love, and celebration. It all kicked off with a welcome dinner at a Swedish golf club. It was luxurious with a lavish buffet, a stellar view, and a sunset that was only fitting for the occasion. There was no better way to start the weekend off!

The next day the celebration continued with their wedding. It was wonderful and more than anyone could have anticipated. Watching them promise each other forever there at Puente Romano was so special. Every moment of their relationship, the planning process and the re-planning came together perfectly. It was a day worthy of I and E.

There was a joy no one could shake witnessing their union. 150 people traveled to meet them at Puente Romano, which says so much about their characters. So many people love and adore them that they would come all that way to celebrate their nuptials. If you know them, you understand why.

These two people are meant for one another, and their love has created so many beautiful moments! I and E’s love is magnetic, they are kind, thoughtful and so fun together. Ultimately, that is what their day represented!
